At a northern LaPorte County second home, this family insisted on low-maintenance plantings and organic lawn care for their young family and many dogs. GPGD designed, installed and followed up with careful maintenance – using organic and soil-building products – for these dynamic plantings that wrap around the pool house and guest quarters for the family’s many visitors.
The sunny Ligularia ‘The Rocket’, set against the purple and white hues of Agastache ‘Blue Fortune’ and Echinacea ‘Alba’ add vibrancy to this garden. Classic plantings like the Black-eyed Susans, purple-flowering Butterfly bush and the elegant Calamagrostis ‘Karl Foerster’ dominate the longer, wide-open country views.
